Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Sorabyte website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Sorabyte provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Sorabyte retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary methodologies used in the development process. We may use non-confidential project details for portfolio and case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Standard terms include: • 30% deposit before work begins • 40% at project midpoint milestone • 30% upon project delivery Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

Sorabyte's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or performance metrics as a result of our services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and any information marked as confidential. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
